JOB OVERVIEW

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in reaching out to potential clients, conducting surveys, and promoting products or services. Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using prepared scripts or talking points.
Conduct surveys, gather information, and provide relevant product or service details.
Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication.
Transfer qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
Promote company products or services to potential clients during outbound calls.
Provide detailed information, address inquiries, and overcome objections.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional and courteous communication.
Record and update customer information accurately in the company's database.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outbound calling targets.
Work towards achieving set performance metrics, such as call conversion rates and lead qualification.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards during outbound calling.
Maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in all interactions.
Generate reports on outbound calling performance and campaign effectiveness.
Document feedback and insights gathered during customer interactions.
Ad hoc tasks from the client.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
Ability to handle objections and effectively convey product or service features.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and outbound calling tools.
Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM – 5 PM Philippine Standard Time (PHST)

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a high-volume outbound calling center.
Knowledge of effective outbound calling strategies and best practices.
Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and products.
