Compensation:
- $6.00 USD per hour
- $25-$200 USD bonus per new customer acquisition based on the order size
Hours:
- 7 am through 4 pm MST, Monday through Friday (with a one-hour lunch break)
- 40 hours per week
- Hours are tracked using Time Doctor, a cloud-based employee time-tracking software
Duties:
- LEADS ARE PROVIDED.
- Acquire new commercial and industrial customers and sell to them at the company’s target profit margin
- Organize all sales leads and progress in the CRM software
- Log each call on the company call tracker sheet and in the CRM software
- The daily phone activity goal is 3 hours of total talk time (Your activity must show that you are actively trying to reach this goal)
- Your goal each month is to close with at least 2 new customers from outbound sales calls.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of outbound sales experience.
- Outgoing and friendly personality.
- Willing to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
- Willing and excited to make outbound calls.
- Must fit the Company’s culture and core values, namely being honest, ethical, and positive.
- Must be responsible, professional, and a team player.
- Has high standards and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and use Google Workplace tools and CRM software.
- Highly trainable with strong listening skills and an ability to follow instructions.
- Openness to learning new strategies, skills, and techniques.
- Perseverance and ability to receive and accept feedback.
- A private, dedicated, personal workspace with a fast and reliable internet connection (at least 40 MB per second).
Employment Requirements:
- An NDA is required.
- A non-compete agreement is required but will be limited to primarily e-commerce water filtration businesses for a period of one year only.
