Outbound Sales Rep

Upgrade to see actual info is looking for a highly self-motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This is an independent role where you will be expected to take ownership of your performance, making 80-100 outbound cold calls per day to small and medium-sized business owners. Your goal is to set 4-5 qualified phone appointments daily and ensure consistent follow-ups using Go High Level CRM.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work autonomously without constant supervision. We expect a proactive approach, with a focus on delivering results rather than just activity. Keeping records up to date and nurturing leads effectively is essential. Prior sales experience is preferred, but we are open to training someone with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
