Outbound Sales Manager

Making outbound calls to leads for a real estate coaching offer. Must be able to work US Eastern hours 9am-9pm. Must be fluent in English, and have 1 year minimum outbound sales experience. Real Estate knowledge is required to effectively do this job. Must have a working knowledge, of GO HIGH LEVEL CRM. Will be responsible for booking, 8 sales calls per day, and be able to improve setting % on a weekly basis.
