Outbound Sales Dialer – Cannabis Insurance

Job Description:
We are hiring highly motivated outbound sales dialers to generate leads and appointments for cannabis insurance services. Your role will involve calling dispensaries, manufacturers, cultivators, and other cannabis businesses to introduce our insurance solutions and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:
???? Make outbound calls to cannabis business owners and decision-makers.
???? Use a provided script while personalizing conversations.
? Verify and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team.
???? Set up appointments for sales closers.
???? Log all interactions and track lead progress.
???? Suggest improvements to optimize call scripts and conversion rates.

Ideal Candidate:
?? Strong spoken and written English skills.
?? Prior experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting (insurance experience is a plus).
?? Confident, professional, and persistent without being pushy.
?? Self-motivated and results-driven with strong attention to detail.

? Base Salary: $500–$700/month (based on experience)
? Performance Bonuses:

$5 per verified lead (qualified and interested)
$50 per closed deal (when a client signs a policy)
???? Expected Monthly Earnings: $800+ with bonuses
