About Us:
Rockstar Admin is a leading VA recruiting company and is partnering with Heno EMR software company to grow their company as well.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and successful Cold Calling Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:
Cold calling to promote webinars, and setup demos
Grow our EMR platform customer base
Conduct cold calls to potential customers to promote our company products/services
Engage with leads in a professional and persuasive manner
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly cold calling targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system
Continuously improve cold-calling scripts and techniques based on feedback and results
Familiar with Hubspot + Dialer Software

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cold Calling Expert
Proven track record of success in cold calling
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed targets
Experience with CRM software
High school diploma; bachelor's degree is a plus
