Company Overview:
We are a growing company specializing in the custom tape and label industry. We’re expanding our team and looking for dedicated, goal-driven individuals to help drive our outbound sales efforts. Our focus is on establishing meaningful connections with potential clients, promoting our offerings, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
• Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to prospective customers
• Clearly communicate product features and benefits
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and sales in our CRM system
Compensation & Benefits:

• 1% commission paid monthly on all direct sales generated

Qualifications:
• Previous outbound sales experience is preferred but not required
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
• Stable internet connection and a reliable computer
About Me:
