Geeks On Site is seeking motivated and experienced B2B Sales Agents to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact business owners, book appointments, and secure partnerships that will drive mutual business growth. This is a full-time position (Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST) with an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to business owners.
2. Use LinkedIn messaging to engage and follow up with potential partners.
3. Book appointments and nurture relationships to secure partnership agreements.
4. Perform follow-up calls and maintain consistent communication to ensure lead conversion.
5. Work closely with the team and be coachable, ready to adapt to feedback and improve performance.
Requirements:
1. Proven outbound sales skills with B2B experience (appointment setting and partnership building preferred).
2. Must have 2 monitors for efficient multitasking.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to manage and track leads through a CRM system.
5. Consistently meet daily and weekly call and booking targets.
6. Positive attitude, highly organized, and self-driven.
Full-time availability from 9 AM to 6 PM EST (Monday - Friday).
