Outbound Lead Qualifier and Transfer Specialists

Position Overview
We are hiring 3 Outbound Lead Qualifier and Transfer Specialists who will serve as the initial point of contact for potential customers. In this role, you will conduct outbound calls to prospects, assess their needs and interest in our debt consolidation services, and transfer qualified leads to sales closers who will complete the transaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers
• Engage prospects with a professional and persuasive approach
• Quickly assess customer needs and determine their level of interest
• Effectively transfer qualified leads to the appropriate sales closer
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets
• Handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Skills:
Strong sales and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
Goal-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
