JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and confident Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. Your primary focus will be on engaging with potential customers in the Australian market, sparking conversations, and identifying qualified leads. You’ll be the first point of contact, creating great first impressions and laying the groundwork for strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to prospective clients across Australia
-Follow call scripts and processes to ensure consistency and compliance
-Qualify leads and book appointments or pass them on to the sales team
-Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in CRM tools
-Work towards KPIs and performance targets
-Provide a professional and engaging customer experience on every call

What We’re Looking For:

-Some previous experience in outbound customer service, sales, or telemarketing
-Excellent communication skills and phone manner
-Confident, energetic, and resilient personality
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
-Genuine drive and a positive, can-do attitude
-Familiarity with Australian banking, finance, property, or lead generation campaigns is highly regarded
-Understanding of Australian financial terms, tax concepts, and currency is a plus
-Comfortable working with KPIs and scripted call processes
