Looking for a full-time Outbound Customer Support Manager for our TikTok Shop Agency.
This is a full time position requiring you to full day managing clients assigned to you.
Main responsibilities:
1. Doing outreach to content creators using our platform.
2. Managing the content creators ensuring they provide their output on time.
3. Resolving conflicts and escalating issues as necessary.
Requirements:
1. Must have leadership experience for the last 3 years.
2. Must have customer support experience.
3. Must have good written and speaking English Skills
