We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Outbound Caller/NEMT Dispatcher with excellent English communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outbound calls to customers, scheduling transportation services, and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction in the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to clients to confirm transportation needs and schedule appointments.
-Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to provide information about NEMT services.
-Coordinate with drivers and other staff to ensure timely and efficient transportation arrangements.
-Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and scheduling information.
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
-Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
-Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.


Qualifications:

-Proven experience in outbound calling or customer service, preferably in the NEMT or transportation industry.
-Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Include the term 'GRIND' in your cover letter to demonstrate your attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
-Proficiency in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
