Outbound Caller and Lead Generation Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our team as an Outbound Caller and Lead Generation Specialist. This is a seasonal position with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our roofing and solar services, highlighting our certifications and experience.
• Set appointments for consultations or site assessments with our sales team.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, and other outreach methods.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Adapt to new processes, technologies, and skillsets as needed to support the company’s growth.

Qualifications:
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Prior experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not required).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
