About Us:
At Forever American Mortgage, we’re a fast-growing wholesale mortgage broker focused on delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are building a small, dynamic call center team and are looking for motivated individuals to help us engage potential mortgage clients through outbound calls.

What You’ll Do:
As an Outbound Call Specialist, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, building rapport, and transferring qualified leads to our licensed loan officers. We provide proven scripts, extensive training, and ongoing support to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls using provided scripts
• Engaging potential mortgage clients and identifying their needs
• Building positive client relationships through effective communication
• Achieving weekly call and conversion targets
• Collaborating with our team to enhance performance

Qualifications:

• Advanced English speaking skills (required)
• Experience in cold calling, ideally in real estate or mortgage services
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, results-driven, and resilient
• Experience in international environments is a plus
