Organic Social Media Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a full-time Organic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires 40 hours per week, following Central Standard Time (US Time), with live Zoom connectivity throughout the workday.

Compensation Details:
- Initial monthly salary: $400 USD
- Salary after the first month: $500 USD

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and plan engaging video content for social media platforms
- Develop and implement organic social media marketing strategies
- Manage social media campaigns and analyze performance metrics
- Specialize in short-form content creation and distribution
- Craft content plans aligned with our brand voice and target audience
- Utilize audience insights to inform marketing strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in video creation and editing for social media
- Strong understanding of organic social media marketing techniques
- Experience with social media campaign management and analytics
- Proficiency in content planning and calendar management
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and social media management
- Knowledge of audience targeting and consumer behavior analysis
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Excellent communication and creativity skills
- Understanding of psychographic segmentation in marketing
