Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order List / Invoicing Specialist to manage and streamline our order processing and invoicing procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate order entries, generating invoices, and maintaining organized records.

**Key Responsibilities:

? Process customer orders and maintain order lists accurately.
? Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
? Verify and reconcile order details with invoices and payment records.
? Communicate with customers regarding order status and invoicing inquiries.
? Maintain organized records of all orders and invoices.
? Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
? Assist in resolving any discrepancies related to orders or invoices.
? Perform regular audits of order and invoicing processes for accuracy and efficiency.

**Qualifications:

? Proven experience in order processing, invoicing, or a related field.
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
