Role Overview:
Position: Telesales Closer – Website Sales
Objective: Convert warm leads into satisfied customers by selling our website solutions.
Support: You’ll receive a proven sales script and comprehensive training on our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with leads provided by our appointment setters, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the benefits of our website offerings.
Follow the provided sales script to ensure consistency, while also using your expertise to tailor conversations to each prospect.
Handle follow-ups, answer any questions, and work to move prospects smoothly through the sales funnel.
Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with our team to refine sales techniques and contribute to continuous process improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in telesales or closing roles, ideally in a tech or digital services environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales strategies is a plus.
