Job Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls and assisting clients professionally.
Scheduling appointments efficiently.
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Utilizing Workiz and Uleadz software for managing tasks.
Work Schedule (Eastern Time):

Sunday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: Closed
Compensation:

$1.5 per hour
Requirements:

Strong command of the English language.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience with customer service or scheduling software is a plus but not mandatory.
