Operations and Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated Operations and Sales Associate to work remotely, handling both sales and operational tasks. This role requires strong sales skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales
-Conduct virtual and in-person home showings.
-Guide clients through the home-buying process, including financing and contracts.
-Build strong customer relationships and manage leads using CRM tools.
-Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets.

Operations
-Provide administrative support, manage tenant inquiries, and ensure property maintenance.
-Oversee transactions and liaise with clients, real estate agents, and vendors.
-Assist in financial processes like rent collection, budgeting, and expense tracking.
-Maintain property databases and ensure regulatory compliance.
-Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, tenants, and vendors.

Qualifications:
-Proven sales or customer service experience (real estate preferred).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities.
-Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Knowledge of financing options and contracts.
-Real estate market knowledge is advantageous.
