JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Training Project Manager to join our team. This fully remote role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, experience supporting C-level executives, and the ability to manage and guide a team of remote employees.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support remote employees to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
* Conduct weekly check-in calls with employees to monitor performance, provide support, and maintain engagement.
* Maintain regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns, similar to an Account Manager role.
* Develop, organize, and maintain structured documents and training materials.
* Lead training sessions for employees to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.
* Handle administrative tasks, including document organization, report preparation, and operational process management.
* Work primarily during afternoon and evening hours, with flexibility to align with U.S. time zones as needed.

Requirements:
* Proven experience working remotely—this is a must.
* Strong administrative experience with the ability to manage and organize complex tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, including leading training sessions, conducting employee check-ins, and engaging with clients.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to structure processes and documentation.
* Experience working with C-level executives is a significant plus, with the ability to interact professionally at the highest business levels.
