Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Operations and Delivery Associate to join our growing team. In this position, you will coordinate and oversee the delivery of accounting services to our clients, support our accounting team, and ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Your role will also include managing email communications and acting as the liaison between our accounting team and clients. You will have the chance to work closely with our accounting team and make a significant impact on our client satisfaction.

Key Responsibility

1. Coordinate with the accounting team to understand the scope of work, timelines, and deliverable requirements for each client.
2. Facilitate the timely delivery of accounting services and deliverables to clients, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality at all times.
3. Handle client queries and issues related to service delivery, working closely with the accounting team and management to resolve them promptly.
4. Maintain a strong understanding of our services and client needs to facilitate effective service delivery.
5. Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and financials that are delivered to clients
6. Routing and managing email communication with clients, ensuring messages are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
7. Serve as the primary liaison between the accounting team and clients, facilitating clear and effective communication at all times.
8. Manage client communication regarding project status, changes, and any potential delays
9. Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure all operations align with company policies and regulations.
10. Participate in client meetings, providing updates and insights as needed.
11. Assist in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring of ongoing client projects.
12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery processes by providing feedback and suggestions based on client feedback and personal observations.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
2. Proven experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
3. Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
4. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
5. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

3. Prior experience in an accounting or finance role can be beneficial, as it would provide a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. This is not always mandatory but can be a significant advantage.
4. Project management experience is often desirable, as the role involves planning, scheduling, and tracking client projects.
5. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software is generally expected, as these tools are commonly used for managing work and communicating with clients.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Tuesday-Saturday 3am-12nn Manila Time
