What You’ll Be Doing:

Answering customer calls, providing quotes, and booking appointments.
Assigning cleaners to jobs, managing current appointments, and rescheduling.
Responding to leads and providing estimates promptly.
Updating business information, responding to emails, and performing other similar tasks.
Responding to cleaners' questions via text or phone promptly.
Forwarding important information regarding jobs to customers and cleaners.
Ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently with customers and cleaners.
Reviewing jobs daily to ensure there are no mistakes and everything is on point.
Preparing a daily report of all tasks completed to your head manager.
Assisting in building and organizing systems to streamline business operations.
Qualifications:

Sales experience to ensure every possible customer is provided with all appropriate information and feels comfortable proceeding with booking.
Warm, upbeat personality; people tend to see your smile before they see anything else.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills (both written and oral); you must convey trust, professionalism, and a caring attitude at all times.
Detail-oriented and quality-focused with proven time management, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability for accuracy while working quickly and reliably meeting deadlines.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and while multitasking.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, following processes with minimal supervision.
Confident computer user (work includes using our website, company-specific databases, and Web/Social Media).
High School Graduate.
Previous experience in management, sales, and customer service strongly preferred.
Spanish speaker required.
Genuine desire to provide a great client experience.
Preferred:

Experience in the cleaning industry or a related service-based industry.
Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling software.

9-hour shift
Morning shift and afternoon CST
Weekends as needed
