Operations Support Specialist

Ultra Labs is searching for a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist. Ultra Labs is a U.S.-based Business Incubator/Accelerator that focuses on software/tech-based businesses.

The Operations Support Specialist is a highly efficient self-starter, responsible for entering/updating data and offering a superb customer service. As part of the responsibilities, the ideal candidate should be result-driven and have an eye for detail. The candidate should be able to contribute as a team member in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should be able to thrive in an environment where they are held accountable for their productivity.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help onboard clients on our proprietary app
- Follow outlined procedures for data entry
- Send outbound emails
- Assist with operational duties
- Work the night shift (during the US office hours)
