Overview:
We are looking for an Operations Specialist who has exceptionally high standards of precision and reliability. Work Schedule - This role requires overlap with 1pm-5pm Israel time. Availability between 7pm-9pm Israel time is ideal but not required.

Accountabilities Include:
- Ensuring that tea

- Communicating effectively with clients via

- Reviewing work and projects for quality.

- Understanding how to use Go High Level platform and resolving technical or support issues for clients as they arise.
- Generating and analyzing team utilization reports.
- Auditing Go High Level accounts to ensure all leads fro
- Auditing blog posts and backlinks from internal and external providers for quality.
- Handling client onboarding and offboarding processes, including Go High Level setup.
- Sending client-facing
- Saving receipts to Drive and maintaining organized documentation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency or performance.
- Assisting with client reporting

- Holding weekly meetings with in-house SEO specialists and coordinating monthly check-ins with external teams.
