Overview:

We are looking for an Operations Specialist who has exceptionally high standards of precision and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, an innate sense of accountability, and the ability to consistently deliver polished, organized, and thorough work. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in exceeding expectations and has a true passion for making clients feel valued and supported.


Work Schedule - This role requires overlap with 1pm-5pm Israel time. Availability between 7pm-9pm Israel time is ideal but not required.

Accountabilities Include:

- Ensuring that team members carry out their tasks and accomplish their objectives on time.
- Auditing time billed by vendors/freelancers.
- Communicating effectively with clients via email.
- Resolving client requests to their satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Translating client requests into clearly defined tasks assigned to team members, freelancers, or vendors, or carrying them out yourself.
- Reviewing work and projects for quality.
- Screening job applicants.
- Checking in with team members, freelancers, and vendors to ensure they have what they need to perform their duties.
- Ensuring that team members use ClickUp effectively and consistently.
- Understanding how to use Go High Level platform and resolving technical or support issues for clients as they arise.
- Generating and analyzing team utilization reports.
- Auditing Go High Level accounts to ensure all leads from Meta are accounted for.
- Auditing blog posts and backlinks from internal and external providers for quality.
- Handling client onboarding and offboarding processes, including Go High Level setup.
- Sending client-facing emails, such as SEO blog post approvals and onboarding messages
- Saving receipts to Drive and maintaining organized documentation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency or performance.
- Assisting with client reporting
- Summarizing emails, proposing response outlines, and drafting responses as necessary.
- Holding weekly meetings with in-house SEO specialists and coordinating monthly check-ins with external teams.
- Miscellaneous technical tasks and proactive problem-solving.
- Overseeing NPS survey.
