JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Operations Management:
Implement and optimize operational systems to meet the strategic business goals of both divisions.
Use Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to help businesses achieve their goals through accountability, discipline, and clarity
Establish KPIs for each department and develop systems to track, measure, and report progress.
Develop and enforce a unified operational framework for Queen Warriors and Smart Bridge Investments to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Collaborate regularly with the CEO to prioritize initiatives and streamline execution.
Workflow Automation & Team Efficiency:
Build and implement automated workflows for project management and recurring tasks using tools such as Airtable, ClickUp, and Zapier.
Create detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and a knowledge base to facilitate seamless handoffs and scalability.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and management of team members to ensure alignment with the COO's strategic goals.
Train team members to adopt automation tools, maximizing productivity and minimizing overhead.
App Program Operations & User Engagement:
Manage operations for App programs with a focus on optimizing user experience and increasing retention.
Develop systems for content scheduling, user engagement, and fulfillment communication.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align app updates and features with user feedback.
Streamline community engagement processes to enhance accountability and personalization.
Financial Management:
Monitor and manage P&L statements to ensure both divisions meet profitability targets.
Provide weekly and monthly progress reports with data-driven insights to support better decision-making.
Optimize budget allocations to reduce unnecessary expenditures and increase ROI.
Develop systems to manage Stripe financing and payment processes across divisions.
Marketing & Growth Support:
Oversee the creation of marketing strategies and CTAs for social media campaigns using Meta Ads, IG Promotions, and other tools.
Support the development of sales funnels for both divisions, including DM-based sales processes.
Monitor and optimize growth strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Implement A/B testing for marketing campaigns to optimize messaging and ad performance.
