We are a one-stop company for electrical, plumbing, and handyman services for homes and businesses in Singapore. We also currently also have two talented virtual team members from the Philippines.

We are looking for someone who can help solve our customer's problems. As the first and last point of contact for customers, you will:

- Communicate clearly and professionally through text and calls.

- Understand and solve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.

- Ensure smooth coordination between customers and our service technicians.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

What We’re Looking For:

- Full-time employee (Not working in another job part-time/full-time)

- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

- Ability to think critically and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.

- High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.

- Commitment, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
