Position Overview:
As the Operations Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Sia Admissions’ operational success by developing and managing new products, streamlining processes, and overseeing project execution from ideation through completion. This role requires a tech-savvy self-starter who thrives in a remote environment, takes ownership of initiatives, and brings forward-thinking solutions to enhance business operations. The successful candidate will be someone who can work in the Eastern time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
Product and Process Development
• Identify, plan, and implement new product ideas and internal processes that align with business objectives and address client needs.
• Continuously assess and improve current processes, recommending and implementing automation solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
Project Planning and Execution
• Lead project plans from ideation to completion, ensuring each stage meets deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Proactively address potential roadblocks, identify solutions, and maintain progress on track, with full ownership of project outcomes.
Technology Integration and Automation
• Utilize tools such as Zapier, Calendly, and ClickUp to build seamless automations that reduce manual work and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain integrations across the tech stack, ensuring consistent functionality and reliability.
Remote Coordination and Communication
• Manage tasks independently with clear, proactive communication, maintaining alignment with the remote team.
• Keep all stakeholders informed with regular updates, aligning project goals and timelines.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for project processes, SOPs, and automation workflows to support efficient onboarding and knowledge transfer.
• Generate and present reports on project performance, including KPIs, timelines, and completion metrics, offering insights to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in operations or project management, ideally within a remote or boutique consulting environment.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (particularly ClickUp) and automation platforms (Zapier, Calendly).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a virtual environment.
• Exceptional project planning and organizational skills, with a strong aptitude for identifying solutions and driving efficiency.
• Excellent writing and documentation skills for clear SOPs and process documentation.
