We are a high-growth consulting business providing sales-driven marketing leadership as a Fractional Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for our clients. We help companies develop and execute marketing strategies that fuel revenue growth—without handling execution in-house.

We are a lean, high-performance team looking for an Operations & Project Manager to keep everything running smoothly, manage workflows, and ensure our strategies turn into results.


???? What You'll Be Doing:
? **Project & Operations Management**
- Manage and **coordinate projects, deadlines, and deliverables** across multiple clients.
- **Develop simple, scalable processes** to improve efficiency and organization.
- Track key marketing and sales performance metrics for reporting.
- Oversee hiring of contractors and specialists for client projects (copywriters, designers, media buyers, etc.).

? **Client & Team Coordination**
- Serve as the **main point of contact for client project updates** and task management.
- Ensure **contractors and freelancers stay accountable** to deliverables.
- Support in **vetting and onboarding** external teaUpgrade to see actual infombers when needed.

? **Systems & Process Optimization**
- **Set up and manage** task management tools like **ClickUp** to streamline workflows.
- Optimize communication and reporting using **Slack and Google Suite**.
- Oversee **GoHighLevel** for CRM and automation processes.
- Ensure **repetitive tasks are automated or assigned properly**.
