Operations Manager/Customer Service Manager

We are an Australia-based e-commerce store on a mission to save funky fruits and veggies that don’t meet the perfect standards of major supermarkets. If you're highly organized, passionate about operations, and want to help customers, we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business, ensuring smooth order processing and fulfillment
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and inventory management
- Implement efficient processes and workflows to streamline operations and improve productivity
- Monitor performance metrics and report on key operations data to ensure targets are met
- Collaborate with other departments, including customer service and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Assist in developing and executing growth strategies to support business expansion
- Provide support in managing the online store and customer orders on Shopify
- Manage our customer service team

What We’re Looking For:

- Available to start ASAP
- Can work weekends if needed
- No other work commitments
- Owns a laptop/PC with a strong, reliable internet connection (at least 20 MBPS)
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in operations or project management, ideally in e-commerce
- Experienced in leading a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, and comfortable with data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong time-management skills
