JOB OVERVIEW

We are launching a premium virtual assistant staffing service that leverages our extensive experience with offshore teams to help businesses scale with dedicated virtual support. Our mission is to build a better model for accessing top-tier marketing, executive assistance, and VA talent, and we want to do it together.

Role Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to be our very first hire and sole leader. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling our marketing assistant service from the ground up. You will drive hiring, business development, and overall strategic planning, with significant earning potential upside as you are the first person on the bus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall strategy for launching and growing our virtual assistant service.

- Lead all aspects of the business including business development, client acquisition, and partnerships.

- Build, manage, and mentor a remote team of virtual assistants (both Junior and Senior levels).

- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring we attract top talent with experience in offshore markets.

- Collaborate directly with the CEO to set company goals and track performance metrics.

- Act as a brand ambassador and thought leader in the marketing space.

- Continuously refine our service model to better serve clients and drive company growth.


Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a growth marketing agency, virtual assistant service, or related field.

- Proven track record at companies such as Wing, Magic, GrowthAssistant, or similar competitors.

- Deep expertise in growth marketing strategies, business development, and team management.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing remote teams.

- An entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with a passion for building scalable business models.

- Experience working with offshore teams is highly desirable.
