Job Title: Operations Manager – SaaS Product and Social Media Growth

Job Type: Part-Time | Remote (Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time)

Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses

Reports To: Founder/CEO

About the Role

We’re looking for an Operations Manager who will take ownership of launching and scaling a SaaS product focused on personalized credit-building solutions. This role combines operational expertise with social media growth strategy. You will be responsible for building, executing, and growing the business end-to-end, allowing the founder to focus on delivering key content.

This is a high-accountability role for someone who thrives in taking initiative, driving results, and owning the success of a product launch. You should be humble enough to listen to feedback and pivot, but proactive and confident enough to manage the business independently.

Key Responsibilities

SaaS Product Development & Management
1. Operational Setup:
• Build and manage customer submission portals (using Airtable/Notion or similar platforms).
• Integrate tools like Loom for video feedback and Stripe for subscription payments.
• Set up email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit).
• Create templates for email summaries, scripts, and onboarding materials.
2. Customer Workflow Management:
• Oversee intake of credit reports from customers.
• Ensure timely delivery of personalized feedback videos and email summaries.
• Create and manage systems to scale personalized customer support.
3. Scaling:
• Hire, train, and manage virtual assistants to handle repetitive tasks.
• Build SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for every process to streamline growth.

Social Media & Content Strategy
1. YouTube Channel Management:
• Develop a content calendar and manage YouTube video production (from scripts to posting).
• Collaborate with video editors to produce high-quality, engaging content.
• Optimize titles, descriptions, and thumbnails for SEO and engagement.
2. Instagram & TikTok Growth:
• Create and post short-form content (Reels/TikToks) from YouTube videos.
• Engage with followers via comments, DMs, and polls.
• Build and execute a posting schedule to ensure consistent activity (5–6 posts/week).
3. Analytics & Growth:
• Track key metrics (engagement, conversions, ROI) for all platforms.
• Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations to optimize performance.

Vendor Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing
1. Manage relationships with credit monitoring and identity theft protection vendors.
2. Identify and onboard additional vendor partners to enhance product offerings.
3. Monitor affiliate revenue streams and ensure they align with customer value.

Leadership & Strategy Execution
1. Take full ownership of product and social media growth goals, ensuring deadlines are met and KPIs are exceeded.
2. Provide daily updates to the founder, outlining progress, challenges, and next steps.
3. Work collaboratively but confidently, managing day-to-day operations with minimal hand-holding.

Required Skills & Experience
1. SaaS Product Management: Proven track record of building and scaling digital products.
2. Social Media Growth: Experience managing and growing YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok channels with measurable success.
3. Content Creation Oversight: Familiarity with video editing workflows, script development, and content marketing strategies.
4. Tech Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of productivity and automation tools like Airtable, Loom, Stripe, and Mailchimp.
5. Leadership: Experience hiring, training, and managing virtual teams.
6. Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in tracking and analyzing KPIs for social media and SaaS growth.

What Success Looks Like in This Role
• Launch of a fully operational SaaS product within 60 days.
• Consistent growth in subscribers (measurable month over month).
• YouTube channel reaches 1,000 subscribers within 3 months of launch.
• Social media platforms generate significant traffic and sign-ups for the SaaS product.
• Scalable workflows and SOPs are in place for seamless operations.
• Founder spends minimal time managing the day-to-day but is confident in the business’s trajectory.
