We’re at an exciting stage of growth and need someone entrepreneurial who can hit the ground running. This role is for a self-starter who doesn’t need constant direction to get results. II. Key Responsibilities
Driving Growth:
- Create and execute strategies to grow our audience and bring in new users.
- Run impactful marketing campaigns to attract customers and boost sign-ups.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships to expand our reach.

Operations and Customer Success:
- Ensure the platform operates smoothly, delivering a great experience for users.
- Handle customer queries and issues quickly and efficiently to maintain high satisfaction.
- Continuously improve processes to streamline operations and enhance usability.

Tracking Progress and Reporting:
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure we’re on track to meet growth targets.
- Provide detailed, actionable reports to senior management, showing clear progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Use data and insights to suggest new ideas for driving growth and efficiency.

Leadership and Independence:
- Take full ownership of your role, working independently to achieve high-level goals.
- Be proactive in solving problems and driving results without needing constant oversight.
- Lead by example, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset and a results-driven approach.


III. Key Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role or as a founder, CEO, or Head of Operations, ideally in a tech or SaaS company. Equally any experience as a digital / online marketer will be highly advantageous.
- Background in Big Tech desirable: Previous experience at companies like Google, Meta, or other major tech firms is highly desirable. This experience will give you an edge in applying best practices to grow and scale our platform.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work autonomously, set priorities, and achieve goals without constant guidance. If you need to be spoon-fed next steps, this isn’t the role for you.
- Marketing Expertise: Experience designing and running successful campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and deliver results.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to drive decisions and track progress.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
