Job Title: Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:
A rapidly growing U.S.-based social media consulting agency is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee key operations in customer support, chat conversations and much more. You’ll be responsible for optimizing processes, managing operations, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple workstreams.
ABOUT YOU:
You are a process-driven, highly organized professional with strong experience in operations or project management, ideally within a startup. You’re comfortable working independently, have a strong work ethic, and are proficient with key tools to manage and track tasks efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Management: Oversee team tasks, turn communications into actionable items, and produce weekly status reports.
- General Admin: Maintain CRM, coordinate office services, and support team with administrative needs.
- Handle Customer Support
- Work closely with your colleagues for maximum customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong attention to detail, process optimization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in customer support.
