We are looking for a driven Operations Manager to join our team and help us elevate our operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Job Summary: As an Operations Manager, you will be working closely with the Operations Director & the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our headhunting business. You will be responsible for proactively engaging with clients, driving sales initiatives, and producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track performance and outcomes. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, proactive, and possesses a hunger for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on ongoing recruitment processes. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
Sales and Business Development: Drive sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new business and expanding our client base.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline and optimize daily operations to ensure a seamless client experience. Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and deliver detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and operational outcomes. Use data insights to drive decision-making and improve overall performance.
Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate potential issues in the recruitment process and take proactive steps to address them. Ensure that any obstacles are promptly identified and resolved to maintain client satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Recruitment, CEO, recruiters, sales teams, and other departments to align on objectives and share insights that can enhance our service delivery.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations, sales, or client management, preferably within the recruitment or headhunting industry.
Strong sales drive with a proactive approach to business development and client engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in creating and analyzing reports; experience with CRM systems and reporting tools is a plus.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, eager to take initiative and drive results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
