Your Role
We need someone who can bring structure to chaos and ensure that every project is executed efficiently. You will be responsible for managing timelines, coordinating teams, and optimizing internal operations to keep everything running smoothly. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
- Implement and refine operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate between media buyers, creative teams, and developers to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage ClickUp workflows, documentation, and SOPs for internal processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions.
- Maintain accountability across departments and ensure team alignment on priorities.
