Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Visit the System chat group assigned
Reviews the group for outstanding/not delivered work and follows up with specialist delivery group
Pickup the work from the specialist group deliveries "Researcher Deliveries", and paste the work in the system chat group.
The OM is responsible in the hiring process which includes the interview and selection of the right candidate.
