We're Hiring: Operations Manager

Hikari Barware, a start-up retail company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee business operations, inventory management, and e-commerce performance. We prefer applicants with no existing client commitments and the ability to work in the Australian Central Daylight Time (ACDT) zone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory procurement
- Maintain proper inventory records and organization
- Research and spearhead the introduction of new product lines
- Manage e-commerce stores, including product listings and optimization
- Edit and enhance product images for online listings
- Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee product distribution and logistics
- Ensure compliance with business regulations and standards
- Track and analyze product KPIs to drive business growth

Qualifications:
Experience in operations, supply chain, or inventory management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and logistics
Ability to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs
Basic image editing skills for product photos
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Availability to work in the ACDT time zone and no existing client commitments
