???? Operations Manager Wanted: Join Systems Lane! ????

Are you an organizational powerhouse who thrives in structure, strategy, and efficiency? Do you have a keen eye for detail and love making a difference in our client's businesses while maintaining a flawless customer care?

We’re on the hunt for an Operations Manager who can bring order to chaos, keep projects running like a well-oiled machine, and ensure clients and team members are supported every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing:
? Project Management: Set up and oversee projects using ClickUp, or Asana from meeting recordings or my briefs, we will require someone who thrives with minimal briefs and no micromanaging while we're always open to communication and clarification.
? Team Coordination: Delegate tasks based on team members' skills & ensure deliverables are met, at Systems Lane, deadlines are non-negotiable.
? Provide outstanding briefs to avoid confusion and back-and-forth or delays.
? Client Success: Manage smooth client communication when it comes to assets requests and approvals.
? Data & Process Optimisation: Analyse team performance.
? SOPs & Documentation: Develop briefs for our SOP specialist to create training materials.

What We’re Looking For:
? Proactive & Organised – You anticipate needs before they arise.
? Strategic Thinker – You see the big picture but can also zoom in on the details.
? Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with tools including but not limited to Dubsado, Clickup, Asana, Slack, Google Products, ActiveCampaign, Wordpress, Elementor, Squarespace, Airtable, Lucid Chart, Clockify, etc.
? People + Process Balance – You know how to support a growing team while optimising workflows.
? Exceptional Communicator – You’re confident on video calls and can manage client relationships effortlessly with a 48-business-hour turnaround.

You’ll work on both the front-end (client success, managing communications, supporting onboarding/offboarding) AND the back-end (systems, workflows, processes).
We need someone who can hit the ground running and is ready to start immediately.

The Must-Haves:
3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or client success.
Experience with workflow automation & business systems.
Leadership skills to manage and support a growing remote team of 7+.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
