JOB OVERVIEW

We are a real estate marketing agency with one of the highest quality seller lead sources in the United States.

We are looking for a hyper-organized operations manager who loves attention to detail, is fast and efficient, and over-communicates. You will be working with us to help the day-to-day business operations run smoothly and assist in any means necessary.

Our vision is to educate and provide the number one solution for seller leads in the United States. We are relentless in growing our knowledge and eager to cut out the noise in the real estate industry.

Your role as our operations manager:
• Manage clients’ sub-accounts on GHL
• Send over qualified leads to clients
• Onboard and create new clients sub-accounts in GHL
• Create and complete tasks needed to be done
• Organize documents and diligently maintain records
• Create SOPs
• Data management
• Analyze and innovate ways to make daily operations better and faster
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Qualifications:
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excel in multitasking and adapting to a dynamic work environment, handling unexpected tasks with ease.
• Maintain a high level of detail-oriented work.
• Proficient in data management.
• Project management experience.
• Self-motivated to assist and grow the business.
• Willing to be cross-trained for other tasks needed for the job.
• Critical thinker and loves to solve problems
• Incredible time-management
• Have experience working in the real estate industry
• Strong internet connection and fast laptop or desktop
• Experience in working with online service-based businesses is a plus
• Appointment Setting experience is a plus
