Educational Background
Bachelor’s Degree:
In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience

Work Experience:
5-10 years of experience in operations, procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in the purchasing or procurement sector.

Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the purchasing industry's dynamics, such as vendor management, contract negotiation, and inventory control.
Familiarity with sourcing and procurement in a global supply chain environment.

Project Management Skills:
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Monday, Miro).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budgets.


Attention to Detail:
Focus on accuracy and consistency in procurement and operational tasks.

Adaptability:
Flexibility to handle changing business environments or supply chain disruptions.

Customer Focus:
Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient operations.

Compliance and Regulation:
Understanding of purchasing regulations, trade compliance, and ethical procurement practices.

Market Trends:
Familiarity with market dynamics, vendor trends, and emerging technologies in the purchasing industry.
