Operations Manager

We're looking to hire an operations manager to help lead the operations of our team as we continue to scale our design and development agency. This role will require extensive knowledge of Clickup, project management and internal agency operations. Any experience in the web field is a bonus.

We need someone who has the ability to identify bottleknecks and eliminate them quickly. Your role will require you to coordinate the internal team and align with each project lead to ensure things are completed efficiently.
