Operations Manager

My name is Erik Gross. I own Mad Wizard Marketing, an AI and Automation agency. I’m looking for an Operations Manager.

As an AI and Automation agency, we help business owners make more money and increase efficiency by leveraging cutting edge AI and Automation tools.

We specialize in these AI and Automation products and services:
- Custom Lead Generation Chatbots
- Custom Scheduling Chatbots
- Business Process Automation Systems
- Social Media Automation Systems
- Custom AI and Automation Development

At any given time, we have 5-10 projects in motion. Each of these has several elements beyond the Development Team building the AI and Automation tools needed for the project. These include:

- Managing the creation and completion of the needed contracts
- Setting up and operating the financial aspects of a client engagement
- Project management for the engagement
- Organization of all records for the engagement
- Catching delivery delays and quickly acting to resolve them

In addition to work needed on individual engagements, there are a number of aspects of the overall company operation where help is needed:
- Gathering and distributing statistics for the company
- Bookkeeping
- Payroll
- Tracking work needed and performed on client maintenance agreements

We use the following tools in the business:
- Trello for project management
- QuickBooks online
- GoHighLevel for Customer Relationship Management (it’s actually a GHL white label called Course Creator 360)
- Google Workspace
