Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing processes, conducting technology audits, and ensuring the seamless execution of our client'ss operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Training:

Develop and implement efficient onboarding processes for new hires.
Conduct one-time program walkthroughs for new employees to ensure they are well-versed in our systems and processes.

Meeting and Interview Coordination:

Schedule and set up meetings, interviews, and other necessary engagements.
Manage the hiring process from initial interviews to final selection.

Technology Audit and Implementation:

Conduct comprehensive audits of current technology and systems.
Identify and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Develop and implement automated processes to streamline operations.

Event Management:

Create and manage digital event check-ins to eliminate the need for manual registration link verification.

Client and Outreach Management:

Coordinate follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
Develop and maintain a platform where clients can take notes and provide feedback (e.g., multiple-choice formats).

AI Integration:

Implement AI note-taking solutions for meetings to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Process Development and Improvement:

Continuously develop and refine processes to ensure operational efficiency.
Ensure all processes are easy to follow and well-documented.

Calendar Management:

Ensure all tasks and meetings are scheduled and visible on the calendar to avoid any conflicts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
Strong understanding of technology and systems with a keen interest in continuous improvement and automation.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
Familiarity with AI tools and platforms is a plus.
Experience working with non-profit organizations is preferred.
