You’ll jump-start your career with us by taking ownership of these key responsibilities:
- Assist the director in monitoring, updating and re-assessing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Assist the director in Managing the overall Profit & Loss (P&L) of the department, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Providing strategic insights along with the director about the updates on departmental performance
- Lead, inspire and coach team leaders about fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
Identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions that significantly reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Provide and update documentations about the department's activities across the operation
- Analyzing and interpreting data, particularly root cause analysis, customer journeys, and customer experience.



Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?
Need to have:
- Willing to work 40 hours Eastern Standard Time
- Substantial experience leading a significant number of leaders or assisting a director.
- Can demonstrate a capacity for effective team and performance management.
- Knowledge in Data Analytics specifically in Chart Creation and Data Interpretation
- Analytical Solving Problems such as Root Cause Analysis and Deep Dives
- Has advance knowledge in Excel and Spreadsheet
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills
- Experience in Creating FlowCharts and Process Mapping
- Good planning and Forecasting skills
- Ability to Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline workflows

Nice to have
- Has experienced a startup environment
- Tech-savvy mindset; willing to explore and adapt to innovative applications and platforms
- Proficiency in financial management, including budget oversight, resource forecasting, and cost
- Can work with minimal supervision

Nice to have, but not required:
- Management certifications like PMP, Scrum and Design Sprint
- Process improvement certifications like Lean Six Sigma
- Proven track record in process improvement, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage and optimize departmental budgets and resources.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills, fostering an environment of growth and excellence.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for consultative engagement and stakeholder management.
- Very data driven people management strategy



Compensation and Perks
