We are a cutting-edge platform that simplifies vinyl design, sales, and fulfillment with our easy-to-use online wizard. We’re seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team and support artists in creating their own custom vinyl records. This role has the potential to expand into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Customer Order Operations: Oversee the entire customer journey from initial vinyl design to final delivery.
- Vinyl File Submission for Production: Coordinate with vinyl pressing plants to ensure seamless submission of audio and art files for pressing.
- Customer Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for artists, guiding them through the submission and production process.
- Quality Control of Art and Audio Files: Review submitted files to ensure they meet our criteria for quality and compatibility.
- Platform Mastery: Gain an in-depth understanding of the platform to assist artists effectively.
- Platform Testing: Test new platform updates and fixes to ensure optimal functionality and a smooth customer experience.
- Support to President: Assist the President with operational tasks and other projects as needed.

Requirements:
- Willingness to Work Pacific Standard Time Hours
- Fast Internet Connection
- Passion for Music and Working with Artists: Enthusiasm for the music industry and an appreciation for vinyl.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Clear, professional communication with artists and team members.
- Basic Photoshop Skills: Ability to make minor adjustments to submitted art files as needed.
- Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple orders and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Self-Starter: Takes initiative and works independently to solve challenges and improve operations.
- Experience Collecting Vinyl (a Plus): A love for vinyl records is a bonus!
