About Comercio
Comercio is a rapidly growing e-commerce business, managing a portfolio of online stores, including Nordica Sauna and Outdoor Direct. As we expand, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Fulfillment Associate to join our team and support our order fulfillment processes.
Position Overview
As an Operations & Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will work closely with suppliers, manage inventory needs, and provide post-sale support to maintain high customer satisfaction. This role is vital to driving operational efficiency and enhancing the overall customer experience.
This role requires weekend availability, and you will report directly to the Head of Operations.

Key Responsibilities
Post-Sale Customer Support:
- Strong ability and experience handling customer escalations
- Address post-sale inquiries related to orders, returns, and exchanges
- Work with the customer service team to ensure timely and effective resolutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through reliable support
Order Fulfillment & Logistics:
- Manage the end-to-end order process, from placing orders with suppliers to tracking shipments
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts or delays
- Track and analyze fulfillment performance to improve efficiency
Supplier Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for suppliers, ensuring smooth order processing
- Resolve issues like damaged shipments, missing items, or delays
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for better service and reliability
Process Optimization & Reporting:
- Identify and implement improvements in fulfillment and post-sale processes
- Document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Track key performance metrics (order accuracy, fulfillment speed, customer feedback)

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience with customer services is required
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalations effectively
- Previous experience in eCommerce operations, logistics, or order fulfillment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a structured manner
- Experience with Shopify, order management systems, or logistics software is a plus
- Weekend availability is required
