Job Overview:
We seek a highly organized and proactive Operations EA to support our dynamic team of fitness CEOs and leadership. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly efficient, and can manage multiple priorities at once. In this role, you will help optimize the executive’s time, handle logistics for meetings and travel, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks for the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, events, and calls in alignment with strategic goals.
Handle
Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with organizing events, ensuring everything is organized to perfection.
Support in project management to ensure deadlines and goals are met for various business initiatives.
Act as a liaison between the leadership team and clients or external partners, facilitating seamless communication.
Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO and executive team.
Keep the executive team organized with regular updates, reminders, and action items.
Conduct research and prepare detailed reports to support business decisions and strategies.
Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in the fitness or digital marketing industry.
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with remote work technologies (e.g., Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Click up, GHL).
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
A passion for fitness is a plus, but not required.
Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.
