Job Summary:
The Operations & Customer Success Specialist will wear many hats to ensure seamless customer experiences, drive sales efforts, support marketing initiatives, and assist with administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a proactive and adaptable individual with a broad skill set and a passion for supporting a growing SaaS business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Primary
Customer Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Provide onboarding assistance and product training for new clients.
Inside Sales:
- Assist with lead generation and qualification using HubSpot CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to promote product features and upsell opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
2. Secondary
Administrative Assistance:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle internal communications.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.
- Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Marketing Support:
- Draft social media posts
- Collaborate with the leadership team to execute campaigns and track performance.
- Assist in maintaining the company website and updating content as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer support, sales, marketing, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
- Familiarity with Canva for creating marketing materials.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a SaaS business environment.
- Basic knowledge of EV charging or sustainability initiatives.
- Creativity and attention to detail in marketing design and communication.
- Willingness to follow US working hours and to work during Philippine holidays.
