Job Title: Operations Coordinator with CRM Expertise
Location: Remote
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM US EST (40 hours/week)
Pay: $1,250 USD/month + 13th-month pay

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator with experience using CRM tools and strong analytical skills. This role involves managing workflows, analyzing data, and supporting operational functions across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with sales leadership and operations teams to ensure seamless processes, accurate data, and actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, the ability to learn new systems quickly, and a proactive mindset to suggest improvements and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Expertise:
- Manage workflows and dashboards within CRM tools (Monday.com preferred but not required; training provided).
- Ensure data accuracy and optimize system use to support operational functions.
- Train team members on CRM usage and best practices.

Data Management & Reporting:
- Collect and organize data from tools such as LinkedIn and other CRMs.
- Analyze data to generate reports, identify trends, and provide insights to improve efficiency.
- Cross-reference data across systems to ensure nothing is overlooked.

Operational Support:
- Assist in outreach campaigns by tracking responses, managing follow-ups, and coordinating tasks.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and support teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain dashboards for tracking progress and performance metrics.

Adaptability & Proactive Problem Solving:
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend solutions.
- Stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, reporting, and identifying trends.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and spoken English for daily communication with U.S.-based teams.
- Proven reliability and ability to work independently in remote settings.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other outreach tools.
- Exposure to tools like Expandi (a plus but not required).
- Experience working in operational roles supporting sales or marketing teams.

Technical Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection with backup power.
- Functional webcam and headset for video calls.
