About This Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator for Supply Chain to manage supply planning, procurement, and supplier coordination within a growing consumer brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain operations, strong NetSuite ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to oversee inventory and material planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supply & Material Planning: Prepare supply and material plans for finished goods and packaging in response to demand forecasts.
- Purchase Order Management: Create, update, and maintain purchase orders (POs) in NetSuite based on the supply plan.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to negotiate MOQs, pricing changes, and lead times while ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
- Bills of Material (BOM) Management: Create and maintain BOMs as needed for new and existing products.
- Master Data Management: Collect, organize, and store key supply chain data to enable efficient material planning within NetSuite.
- Inventory Tracking & Reporting: Monitor stock levels, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and provide insights for supply chain decisions.

Software/Platforms/Tools:
- ERP Systems (NetSuite is a must)
- Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Supply Chain Planning & Procurement Tools

Qualifications:
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience
- At least 5+ years of experience in a supply chain or operations role
- Strong background in ERP systems (NetSuite highly preferred)
- High proficiency in Excel (data manipulation, reporting, and organization)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or wholesale distribution is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Shift Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US EST
